Central to this is a powerful Employee Value Proposition (EVP) that expresses the essence of who you are as an employer and what you have to offer. And thus the core promise on which you base all of your activities as an employer. Establishing this core promise takes place in dialogue with all stakeholders: the leaders of the organization, current and future employees, HR, Marketing and Communication specialists and all those who play a role in it. This dialogue is dynamic because the inclusion of the EVP into all activities of the organization as an employer is never finished. It is a keystone that inspires and maintains the organization.
