In a systemic constellation, the various aspects around a question, such as people, organizational units or themes are &#8220;positioned&#8221; and represented by representatives. These representatives can be people, but also objects. Positioning these helps to visualize the system around a question. When people act as representatives, they give a voice to what they represent and apply their intuition when gaining insight and investigating solutions. Well-known applications of this approach are family and organizational constellations, but in fact, every system can be drawn up and every question examined in this way.
