Speaking out about the prevailing culture and process in order to reflect and bring issues out in the open. Dialogues with attention to the present ideas and values \u200b\u200band accompanying behavior, explained with personal examples from practice. Key questions include: What do we agree on? Where do we differ? What do we find desirable and unwanted? What can we do together to change this? These couragious dialogues call for openness, honesty, vulnerability and genuine interest in everybody&#8217;s personal viewpoint.
