Sexual harassment, bullying at work, abuse of power, burn outs or more generally, ‘toxic environments’: high-time for an open and honest conversation. A conversation where everyone is seen and heard, and everything can be said and discussed. Based on equality, security and trust. Speaking out about the prevailing culture and process in order to reflect and bring issues out in the open. Dialogues with attention to the present ideas and values and accompanying behavior, explained with personal examples from practice. Key questions include: What do we agree on? Where do we differ? What do we find desirable and unwanted? What can we do together to change this? These couragious dialogues call for openness, honesty, vulnerability and genuine interest in everybody’s personal viewpoint. Listen to each other with an open mind and heart, in order to make everything debatable.
