Leaders, teams and organizations are more successful when they develop and connect from everyone’s own power. By uncovering this natural power movement arises automatically. People feel more at ease, have more fun and blossom better. There is more room for innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship, and more effective cooperation is made with shared ambitions and higher meaning. I coach and facilitate people, teams and organizations in this process. Assignments can be short- and longer-term coaching and facilitation in the field of leadership, teamwork and organizational development.

Change starts from within and can not be imposed outside. That’s why I work tailor-made from the power of the people, the teams and the organizations themselves. Together we investigate what one wants to achieve and learn. And what has to be overcome. How? By conducting an intensive conversation. In this short or longer-term dialogue I connect ratio, feeling and intuition. Together we look at the present views, convictions and patterns. What are obstructing obstacles and what are possible resources? We then explore what space there is for new ways and possibilities and translate them into concrete steps.
