A systemic dialogue can make a valuable contribution to a number of issues. Issues are approached, taking into account the broader system that the questioner is part of, such as a family, a team or an organization. Constellations are an effective platform for this. Participants in such an arrangement take a position on a specific issue. In doing so, it’s possible to investigate which views and angles exist and what a desired change or solution may be. In these systemic dialogues, people mainly represent themselves. They can then still be the voice of something bigger, with their personal view being valuable in continuing the systemic conversation. Together, participants represent the different aspects of a theme or issue. By conducting a dialogue this way, new, and often surprising insights, possibilities and solutions emerge.
