These are questions that can’t be answered without looking at the broader picture, especially at someone’s personal background. What character traits and behaviors have you acquired and developed? What talents do you possess and which have come to fruition and which are still work in progress? What obstacles stand in the way of achieving your desires and meeting your objectives, both at work and in your private life? Although you may only reveal a part of yourself at work, your dreams, desires and your entire functioning are inextricably linked to your entire personality and your background. For all these reasons, I approach your professional coaching request by looking into your personal background, in addition to the other relevant systems that you and your request form part of.
