Within most teams, the necessary power to achieve the desired movement or change is already present, provided that it is formulated realistically and together as a team. In practice however, too little use is made of the combined insights, ideas, experiences and talents within a team. Leveraging this not only activates the required power, but also engages people and stimulates the positive energy required to achieve goals and the desired development. It is important that people feel comfortable enough to speak openly and that everyone is heard. And that everyone learns to respect and appreciate the added value brought by all people and opinions.
